  • Particle size and distribution: Various particle size distributions (from coarse to fine) are available based on casting size and surface requirements, to control the surface finish and air permeability of castings.
  • Morphology: Including round sand, angular sand, etc. Round sand has good fluidity, easy compaction and excellent air permeability; angular sand provides higher mold strength.
• High reusability: In the clay sand (green sand) system, quartz sand can be recycled multiple times after cooling, dust removal and performance adjustment, significantly reducing production costs.
